Airport Business/Industrial Park Development
With
two Twin Cities flights daily and hundreds of acres of developable land, the Chisholm-Hibbing Airport
is ready to take-off as a transportation hub and aviation business incubator
site. With a 150-acre parcel of land known as the Airport Industrial Park,
plus Minnesota JOBZ status offering property tax exemption to businesses, the
airport was designed to facilitate economic growth. A 10,000 square-foot
Arrowhead Aviation building with runway access is available for lease, and a
30,000 square-foot incubator building is on schedule to be completed in 2006.
